• Linter SQL Server

Linter is the first Russian database management system. The history of Linter dates back to 1980. By 1983, DBMS BARS, the first relational DBMS in the USSR , was successfully completed as part of a government project. In 1986, the same team created a mobile DBMS "Intereal" with a relational interface. Thus, by 1990 when the first Linter version was developed, we already had profound experience of working with databases.

Since 1994, DBMS Linter has been developed in several directions; special versions for government organizations, including the Ministries of Internal Affairs, Defense and Science, were implemented.

Nowadays Linter is the leader among DBMSs with regard to data protection from unauthorized access, which is confirmed by the certificate granted by the Russian federal Technical and Export Control Service.
