RELEX entered into a partnership agreement with LOT, a Ukrainian company specializing in automated management systems and access control systems. According to this agreement, LOT was allowed to develop automated complexes based on the RELEX software.
At SofTool-2004, RELEX presented its entire product line.

RELEX introduced Linter at the Japanese market. As a result of successful negotiations with Japanese companies in Voronezh , in which RelexUS took part, the parties agreed to cooperate. The Japanese representatives were satisfied with the qualifications of the Russian team and the software developed by our company.
RelexUS was organized in 2000 to extend the partner network and effectively do business outside Russia. At present, RelexUS is part of the RELEX company group.
The quality management system at RELEX was certified as compliant with the ISO 9001 requirements.
According to the poll conducted by the “Computer Press” magazine, Linter was named among the best Russian software products.
RELEX was licensed by the Voronezh Department of the Russian Federal Security Service to perform work using information regarded as State Secret.
NEVOD, Linter and RELEX were registered as trademarks at ROSPATENT.

The first version of RDBMS Linter was released.
RELEX, Inc. was launched on July 2, 1990, and became the first independent Russian DBMS vendor. The history of the RELEX team goes back to the 1980s, to “Systemprogramm”, a government software development organization.
